Pursuant to Section 11.1 of The Procedure Bylaw, no new delegations will be accepted on tabled reports AFC24-10, AFC24-11, and AFC24-12.
Citizens who want to address Executive Committee on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 may attend the meeting via teleconference or in person.
To attend regularly scheduled City Council and Committee meetings, you must register with the Office of the City Clerk by completing the online form on Regina.ca/register to request to address City Council/Committee on a meeting agenda item.
The deadline to register is no later than 12 p.m. on the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting. A written brief in advance is not required to present to a Committee, but it is required to present at a City Council meeting. These meetings will be streamed live on MyAccess.ca and when community programming permits, televised on Access 7 Community Channel.
