Councillor Bresciani moved, AND IT WAS RESOLVED, that the agenda for this meeting be approved, as submitted.
Adoption of Minutes
Councillor Young moved, AND IT WAS RESOLVED, that the minutes for the meeting held on September 19, 2019 be adopted, as circulated.
