Councillor Bob Hawkins moved, seconded by Councillor John Findura, AND IT WAS RESOLVED, that the agenda for this meeting be approved, at the Call of the Chair, with the following adjustment:

-              Withdraw delegation DE23-4 Heather Dedman as they are unable to attend the meeting today, and receive and file their written submission as communication CP23-3.
