At the February 17, 2021 meeting of the Operations and Community Services Committee, the Committee considered the attached OCS21-4 report from the City Planning & Community Development Division.
On January 20, 2021 this report was tabled at the Operations and Community Services Committee.
The Committee adopted a resolution to concur in the recommendation after amending recommendation #4 to read, approve these recommendations at its meeting on February 24, 2021.
The Committee adopted a resolution to concur in the recommendation, after amending recommendation #1 to:
1. Approve Option 3: Enforcement of Existing Lot Grades with Two New Positions and Enhance Status Quo; and
2. Direct Administration to prepare a report to the Operations and Community Services Committee by Q1 of 2023 that includes an analysis of uptake and costs.
Recommendation #4 in the attached report does not require City Council approval.
