Indigenous Procurement Policy

At the February 1, 2023, meeting of Executive Committee, the Committee considered the attached EX23-5 report from the Financial Strategy & Sustainability Division.

Thomas Benjoe, FHQ Developments, Regina, SK addressed the Committee.

The Committee adopted a resolution to concur in the recommendation contained in the report, with an amendment, directing the City Clerk to correct an administrative error on page 6 of this report, where the per cent noted as .0015 be edited to read as .15 per cent.

Recommendation #5 in the attached report does not require City Council approval.
