The Secretary called the meeting to order and following nomination procedures for the position of Chairperson, Councillor Jason Mancinelli was declared Chairperson of the Regina Appeal Board for 2020.

Following nomination procedures for the position of Vice-Chairperson, Councillor Andrew Stevens was declared Vice-Chairperson of the Regina Appeal Board for 2020.
