Councillor Andrew Stevens moved, seconded by Councillor Jason Mancinelli, AND IT WAS RESOLVED, that the nominations of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, be deferred to the March 5, 2020 Regina Appeal Board meeting and that Councillor Jason Mancinelli take the Chair for the meeting.
